Mr. Jordan, a.k.a. the chief angel, is checking passengers who are to depart for the Hereafter. The routine is interrupted by the arrival of Joe Pendleton, an attractive prizefighter, who refuses to admit he is dead and convinces Jordan to “check the records.” When it is revealed that Joe is not scheduled to arrive for another 60 years, Jordan is forced to find him a new body and return him to earth. The WATCH nominations for 2011 were announced on Sunday, January 15th and LTA received 43 nominations!! The full list of nominees from all theaters can be found on the WATCH website at www.washingtontheater.org . Congrats to all of our nominees! The award ceremony will take place on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the Birchmere in Alexandria, VA. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Birchmere or through Ticketmaster. The ceremony frequently sells out, so purchasing early is highly recommended.
